This is a modern spacious wooden lodge with a stunning lakeside position. Patio doors from lounge and master bedroom open onto the large furnished decking. From there, you can see wildlife, such as Hooper swans, Canada geese, oyster catchers, ducks and deer, with the mountain of Schiehallion beyond.

3 large bedrooms (master with Super Kingsize bed) each with an ensuite. The lodge can sleep 7 people.

Elk Lodge has a ‘wow factor’ that you won’t forget. The kitchen/dining/lounge area has an airy, light and spacious feel due to its high pitched ceiling, large patio doors overlooking the decking and lake, and velux windows. Outside, the very large decking has considerable seating and is right on the edge of the lake. This side of the lodge faces south-west, so looks over the full length of the loch and enjoys wonderful evening light and sunsets. Here you have a front row view of the wonderful wildlife which share this location.

The lodge is all on one level with no steps into the property.

The master bedroom features a super king size bed, and has patio doors onto the decking. The two other bedrooms, one with a queen and single bed, the other with two single beds, look out to the woodland behind the lodge. The master bedroom and bedroom 3 have an ensuite with shower, and bedroom 2 has an attached bathroom with a shower and bath.

The lodge is furnished to a high standard and has a warm comfortable feel with underfloor heating to keep the lodge warm at all times.

There is good free wifi, TV with Freesat, Blu-ray player and a range of DVDs for your relaxation.

There is parking for two cars outside.

Shopping

Aberfeldy has a large Co-Op with a good range of supplies. The NISA at Tummel Bridge is smaller but has basics.

Tesco, Morrisons and ASDA will all deliver to the Lodge.

Please note - NO PETS, NO PARTIES AND NO CANDLES are allowed and there is a policy of NO SMOKING in the lodge. Also we do not accept hen or stag or teenage groups.
