Price, including cleaning fee:

• From 1st January 2025 until 31st January 2025, is £160 a night.
• From 1st February 2025 until 18th December 2025, is £175 a night.
• Over the Christmas Festive period (19th to 30th December 2024) is £200 a night .

Supplementary daily rate for the EV charger is £10 a night.

There is an upfront damage deposit of £100 for a 3-5 night stay, £200 for a stay of 6 nights or more.

Length of stay

28th March 2025 until 22nd April 2025 is a 4 night minimum stay.

1st June 2025 until 26th June 2025 is a 4 night minimum stay.

27th June 2025 until 1st September 2025 is a 7 night minimum stay.

2nd September 2025 until 14th September 2025 is a 4 night minimum stay.

Christmas is a 4 night minimum stay with a Christmas surcharge (see above).

All other months are a 3 night minimum stay.

Maximum stay is 14 days.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
