Price, including cleaning fee:

• From 1st November 2023 until 30th April 2024, is £165 a night.
• From 1st May 2024 until 30th September 2024, is £175 a night.
• From 1st October 2024 until end of 2024, apart from over Christmas, is £165 a night.
• Over the Christmas Festive period (23rd to 30th December 2024) is £200 a night .

Supplementary daily rate for the EV charger is £10 a night.

Length of stay

June is a 4 night minimum stay.

July & August are a 7 night minimum stay.

Christmas is a 4 night minimum stay with a Christmas surcharge (see above).

All other months are a 3 night minimum stay.

Maximum stay is 14 days.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
